Property management
We are happy to make sure your property is ready whenever you want to use it. You will always find it clean, with the pool serviced and the garden tended. We can also arrange security, minor and major repairs, and remote monitoring.
Rentals and tourist licence
If you only want to use your property in Spain occasionally or you have purchased it as an investment, we will help you obtain a tourist license so that you can legally rent your property through platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb. We will provide you with complete rental management from property presentation, advertising, communication with guests, handover of keys, cleaning, supplies, management of the reservation system, maintenance to preparation of documents for tax returns.
