Why Spain

Why property in Spain

An investment with a future

Property prices in Spain are among the lowest in Europe (in the Czech Republic, by contrast, they are the third highest). For the price of a studio flat in Czechia you can have a one-bedroom apartment with a pool and a sea view. Spanish property is currently at 74% of its long-term average price and prices keep rising. In 2025 they rose by an average of 9% year on year.

In Alicante, for instance, prices rose by almost 16% year on year, and in Málaga by more than 13%.

On the Spanish coast you can expect both capital growth and an attractive income from seasonal or long-term letting, with a return of 8% to 10% a year. The Spanish coast, together with the Canary and Balearic Islands, is much sought after by experienced and small investors alike who are looking for a high yet safe return on their money.

Favourable financing

Spanish banks also provide favorable mortgage loans to foreigners with financing up to 80% of the property value. We provide our clients with free advice and mortgage brokerage.
