Privacy policy

The data controller is IBERO CASA Real Estate, the operator of the IBERO CASA website.

For anything concerning your data, write to us at info@ibero-casa.com. We reply within one month at the latest.

• Enquiry form data — your name, e-mail, phone number and the message including the property reference. Providing them is voluntary, but without an e-mail or phone number we cannot reply.
• Technical visit data — IP address, browser type and referring page. The server records these automatically to keep the website running and secure.
• Aggregate traffic statistics in Plausible — page-view counts. This measurement stores no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Google Analytics data (only after your consent) — visits and interactions with the website, device and browser information, approximate location, and pseudonymous client and session identifiers. Google states that it uses the IP address during collection for technical processing and approximate geolocation, but does not log or store it in Google Analytics.

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a viewing. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to an enquirer.
• To keep the website running and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation.
• To learn what visitors are interested in and improve the website. Plausible measures only aggregate statistics without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. We use Google Analytics only after your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone who does not need it to provide the service. The following providers or processors may have access:

• the hosting and server infrastructure provider (DigitalOcean),
• Plausible, which we run on our own server (plausible.massimo.cz),
• Google Ireland Limited as the Google Analytics provider, only if you consent to analytics,
• our agents and colleagues who handle your enquiry.

Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area. For relevant transfers, Google states that it relies on adequacy decisions including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on Standard Contractual Clauses.

• We keep your enquiry and the related correspondence for the duration of our dealings and afterwards for as long as mutual claims can be raised.
• Server operation logs are deleted automatically after the short period needed to resolve technical issues.
• User-level and event-level data in the new Google Analytics property use the default 2-month retention period. This setting does not affect aggregated standard reports. Analytics cookies have their own lifetime described below.

A cookie is a small file that the website stores in your browser. We use:

• Language preference — a necessary cookie that remembers the website language.
• Consent preference — a necessary cookie that remembers your analytics and marketing choices for 12 months.
• Google Analytics — only after your consent, it may set _ga and _ga_CONTAINER-ID cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions; their default lifetime is up to 2 years, although the browser may shorten it.

Plausible, which we run on our own server, stores no cookies or other identifiers in your browser. We currently deploy no advertising tags. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer and delete stored cookies in your browser.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may contact the competent supervisory authority. Which one that is depends on the country in which the operator is established; we will name it as soon as the operator confirms it.
