The data controller is IBERO CASA Real Estate, the operator of the IBERO CASA website.

For anything concerning your data, write to us at info@ibero-casa.com. We reply within one month at the latest.

• Enquiry forms — name, email, phone and message, including the property reference. Providing these is voluntary; without an email or phone number we cannot reply.
• Operation and security — the server records IP address, browser type and referring page.
• Plausible — aggregate page-view counts without cookies or identification of individual visitors.
• Google Analytics, only with analytics consent — visits, interactions, device, browser, approximate location and pseudonymous client and session identifiers. Google states that it uses IP addresses at collection for technical processing and geolocation but does not store them in Google Analytics.
• Google Ads and Sklik, only with marketing consent — advertising identifiers, visit and conversion data, and technical connection and device information. Our custom measurement events distinguish property enquiries, standalone enquiries and general contact, sending only the form type and public page URL without query parameters or fragments. We do not include names, emails, phone numbers, their hashes or message text in these events or in our Sklik measurement. Providers may obtain additional technical information during the connection under their own policies.

• Handling enquiries and viewings — steps towards a contract at your request or our legitimate interest in replying to an enquirer.
• Website operation and security — our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation.
• Improving the website — Plausible provides aggregate statistics without cookies; we use Google Analytics only with analytics consent.
• Advertising measurement and targeting — we use Google Ads and Sklik only with marketing consent. Advertising identifiers may group visitors according to interest in offers and help us reach them again.

Analytics and marketing consent are independent, voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time in Cookie settings. You can submit an enquiry without either consent. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

The following recipients and service providers may receive data according to the purpose:

• DigitalOcean — hosting and server infrastructure.
• Plausible — operated on our own server, plausible.massimo.cz.
• Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics with analytics consent and Google Ads with marketing consent; details in Google’s privacy policy.
• Seznam.cz, a.s. — Sklik with marketing consent; details in Seznam.cz’s privacy policy.
• Our agents and colleagues — handling your enquiry.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; for relevant transfers it states that it relies on adequacy decisions including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. The linked policies explain any transfers made by providers.

• We retain enquiries and correspondence during our dealings and afterwards for as long as mutual claims may arise.
• Server operation logs are automatically deleted after the short period needed to resolve technical issues.
• User-level and event-level Google Analytics data use the default 2-month retention setting; this does not apply to aggregated standard reports.
• Advertising-data retention depends on the purpose and provider and campaign settings. Details are provided by Google and Seznam.cz. Data retention is not the same as cookie expiry.

• Language preference — a necessary cookie for the website language.
• Consent preference — a necessary cookie remembering analytics and marketing choices for 12 months.
• Google Analytics — only with analytics consent, it may use _ga and _ga_CONTAINER-ID to distinguish visitors and sessions; the default expiry is up to 2 years and browsers may shorten it.
• Google Ads and Sklik / Seznam.cz — advertising cookies and identifiers for conversion measurement and retargeting, only with marketing consent. Names and expiry depend on the technology, provider and browser; details are published by Google and Seznam.cz.

Google Tag Manager manages measurement tags; each tag runs only with the relevant consent. Plausible on our own server stores no cookies or other identifiers in your browser. You can change consent in Cookie settings in the footer. Existing third-party cookies can be deleted in your browser settings.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may contact the competent supervisory authority. Which one that is depends on the country in which the operator is established; we will name it as soon as the operator confirms it.
