This contemporary ecological villa, offered off-plan, is located in Sotogrande Alto, in Cádiz province on the Costa del Sol. It will provide 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 670 m² of usable area on a 3,500 m² plot. The design includes panoramic views together with views of the mountains, pool and garden.
The villa is planned across three floors. The basement will comprise a garage, technical room, storage room, distributor, waterfall machinery room, lounge, billiard room, a bedroom with a full-size window and natural light, an en-suite bathroom, cinema room, pool machinery room and a Zen patio.
The ground floor will include an entrance hall, distributor, guest toilet, pantry and laundry room, fully fitted kitchen, dining room, lounge and living room. It will also feature one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a swimming pool, chill-out area, barbecue, garden, terraces and a covered terrace.
The first floor will offer a distributor, dressing room, master bedroom with a home spa, toilet, shower and terrace, together with another bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and terrace. An elevator is not included in the current plans, but it can be added at no extra cost, increasing the total built area by approximately 20 m².
