The complex occupies what was once a white rural hamlet, connected by a charming cobbled street leading to each house. Parts of the village are up to 800 years old. The current owner has carefully reformed the houses while preserving their original charm and historic character. The properties vary in size and number of bedrooms, and each one has a terrace overlooking the countryside and Lake Viñuela.
The communal facilities include a swimming pool, gardens with numerous attractive seating areas, an industrial kitchen, a large communal area, a laundry room and staff accommodation.
