This historic house, built in 1930, is located in the very centre of Jabugo, within the Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche natural park. The property offers 556 m² of usable area on an 882 m² plot and retains many distinctive features of a traditional noble house. It has a tourist licence and offers several possibilities, including rural accommodation and private use.
The house is divided into three independent areas. The main section, accessed from 14 Talero Street, comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodation for up to eight people. The upper part contains a rustic attic with an independent entrance from Silencio Street. It has a valid tourist accommodation licence and a Booking.com rating of 9.0.
The third section is a separate apartment originally intended for the noble house’s service staff. It includes three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, balconies overlooking Talero Street and a spacious games room with a billiard table. The apartment can be used privately and independently from the tourist accommodation operation.
The interiors retain the building’s original architectural details and traditional materials:

The adjoining plot includes more than 200 m² of developable land and an eco-hotel project with approved municipal licences. It is currently used as a chicken pen and private orchard. Both the main house and the rustic attic have valid permits and are operated as rural tourist accommodation.
