224 m² house, Torremendo

This country finca is located by the main road on the outskirts of Torremendo, in the province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. The property comprises two separate buildings on a plot of 50,000 m², with a total usable area of 224 m². Both properties require renovation and have been unoccupied for several years.

The land is partly used as farmland for growing vegetables and fruit, while other areas have been left uncultivated. The section furthest from the properties is protected. The generous plot also provides space for keeping horses or livestock. The boundaries have been marked out by an architect. At the front, the property has a gated entrance and fenced off-road parking.

The building in a state of disrepair shown in the photographs, as well as the newer building beside it, are not included.

Torremendo is a quiet, authentic village surrounded by rugged and varied countryside. Local amenities include a health centre, pharmacy, garage, petrol station, small shops, bars and restaurants. A small market is held once a week, and a public swimming pool is open during the summer months. The surrounding area offers opportunities for nature lovers, cyclists and equestrian enthusiasts.
