The property also includes a staff house with three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a large patio. There is also a service building containing a diesel tank, central-heating equipment, pumps, a water tank, an electrical centre and a communications centre.
The complex is completed by warehouses with a total area of 500 m². One is used for the tractor and other vehicles needed to maintain the olive groves; the other can be used for horses, cars, a gym or sports facilities. The property also has a 2,000-litre diesel tank with a hose for refuelling vehicles.
An irrigation system serves the olive groves, with drip outlets for the individual olive trees, underground pipes and pumps.
