In the heart of Villanueva de los Infantes, La Casona del Abuelo Parra is an 18th-century country house with 2,000 m² of usable space on a 2,485 m² plot. Carefully restored, it retains its traditional character while offering the comfort required for a wide range of uses.

The property features several interior courtyards filled with vegetation, some of them arranged as welcoming covered seating areas. Additional facilities include a wine cellar, sauna, indoor swimming pool, garden and free parking. Inside, there is a large lounge with a bar and a spacious reading room.

The property operates as a rural hotel with a Rural Hotel licence and can also be rented as a whole for large groups, celebrations and family gatherings. It accommodates approximately 34 guests in total, distributed among double rooms, apartments and an independent four-bedroom house with space for up to 10 guests.
