Can Perich is a historic Catalan farmhouse in Saus, offering 714 m² of usable area on a 10,000 m² plot. The property is mentioned in documents dating back to 1333. Originally known as Ça Roca, it later took the name Can Perich after the masoveros who lived there in later periods.

Its historic character is reflected in the stone inscriptions and dated architectural details. The main entrance bears the inscription “Miquel Huguet me fecit 1726”, the doorway keystone is dated 1724, and the windows feature engravings from 1686 and 1705. The foundations preserve rock formations that gave rise to the original name Ça Roca. Successive renovations have adapted the farmhouse for modern living while preserving its architectural character.
