The first of the two independent rental units is located at the front of the property. It has a private front terrace and a private courtyard terrace at the rear. Two shower rooms for guest use are situated to the side. The second unit is positioned at the rear and includes a lounge with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
At the front of the finca, the licensed bar is open to guests and the public on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The owners also provide a food service for guests. A plunge pool is located in front of the property next to the bar area, providing a practical place to cool off during the summer months. Campervans occasionally pitch on the property.
