Description

This rural complex in Coaña, Asturias, combines a peaceful natural setting with convenient access to the coast and local services. The property occupies a plot of 3,998 m² and offers a total usable area of 4,146 m². The coast and the services of Navia are approximately a 15-minute drive away, with good asphalt access to the property.

The complex comprises four buildings:

Main house with a usable area of 148 m² over two floors. It features a completely new roof, new electrical installation and a spacious porch. The interior is currently being completed, with finishing works and connection to the electricity supply still pending. The layout and materials can therefore be adapted to personal preferences.
Old cabazo, a traditional Asturian structure formerly used for storing food and offering significant ethnographic value.
Stone house of 65 m² requiring complete renovation. It could be used as a second home, rural accommodation or an extension of the main project.
Independent barn of 81 m² with potential use as storage, a workshop, leisure space or a garage.

The complex is set in a quiet inland area surrounded by nature. Within approximately 15 minutes by car are Navia and its services, Hospital de Jarrio, the Ortiguera Lighthouse and the Castros de Coaña archaeological site. The main structures are already built and the roof of the main house has been renovated, while the unfinished interior offers the possibility of creating a personalised rural project.

Las Mestas is a village belonging to the parish of Coaña in the Eo-Navia region. It is 3 km from the municipal capital, Coaña, and lies at an altitude of 160 metres. The village consists of nine houses, seven of which are used as permanent residences.
