Traditional Asturian quintana with a panera, panoramic views and 90,000 m² of land, set in a peaceful natural location in the Candanal Valley, within the municipality of Villaviciosa. The property offers privacy, direct contact with nature and potential for private living or a project connected with rural tourism.

The quintana consists of several traditional buildings oriented to the southeast. The main house, built with solid stone walls, has been completely restored and is ready to move into. It preserves the character of Asturian rural architecture while incorporating modern improvements.

The ground floor comprises a kitchen-dining room of 29.50 m², a living room with fireplace of 24 m² and a bathroom with shower of approximately 5 m². The upper floor contains an 11 m² living room and distributor, three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower measuring 4.08 m². The main bedroom includes a dressing room; its area is 9.64 m² and the dressing room measures 2.68 m². The second bedroom has 14.42 m² and the third 11.80 m².

Adjoining the main house are a former stable, barn, storage building and cider press, known as a “llagar”, a particularly representative element of Asturian cider culture. Together, these buildings provide a further 83 m² on the ground floor. The space could potentially be adapted as an open-plan area with double-height ceilings by restoring the existing floors with a wooden structure.

On the left side of the main building is an additional traditional structure of 24 m², sheltered by a centuries-old yew known as “texu”. It could be used as an outdoor area for gatherings and meals.
