The existing property is planned for conversion into a luxury boutique hotel with 44 rooms, with the possibility of expanding to approximately 60 rooms through three new modern buildings integrated into the surrounding landscape. The concept also includes a spa, pool and gourmet restaurant. The property could accommodate luxury tourism, wellness and yoga retreats, eco-retreats, weddings, corporate retreats and private events. Its layout also allows for partial buy-outs, offering exclusive use to individual groups.
