In the municipality of Pizarra, this traditional Spanish finca offers two independent living spaces and a wide range of possibilities, including use as a bed and breakfast or Airbnb. The property occupies a plot of 63,766 m² and is approximately a 15-minute drive from the centre of Pizarra. Access is via a largely paved and partly unpaved road that is easy to reach.
The land includes six permaculture terraces and a wide variety of fruit trees, including olive, carob, orange, fig, pomegranate, jujube, mulberry, pecan, guava and almond trees, as well as vines. Paths have been laid throughout the property, allowing access on foot or by vehicle. Approximately 44,000 m² is fenced. Several terraces and viewpoints offer panoramic views across the surrounding landscape and mountains.

The first living area has a ground-floor bathroom with shower, a living room with an open staircase to the upper floor, a dining room and a lower-level kitchen, which gives the interior an unusual layout. The kitchen has a large fireplace and can be modernised with minimal alterations. The upper floor contains two bedrooms and a small bathroom.
The second house was recently renovated. Its upper floor has two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The ground floor comprises two further bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen leads to a storage room with a large refrigerator for food supplies. Both parts have independent entrances and are connected by a lockable connecting door.
The property has a tourist licence and is currently operated as an Airbnb. It is approximately a 45-minute drive from Málaga Airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Pizarra offers bus and train connections to Málaga. Schools, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a health centre are within easy reach.
