This recently renovated country house in Elche, in the province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, is designed for year-round living with modern comfort during the winter months as well. The pool area also includes a shower, toilet and infrared sauna. In addition to the steps at the entrance, the house can be accessed via a ramp.
The separate 70 m² garage provides space for three cars and includes a storage and workshop room. The fully walled plot features a small garden, a dog house, a small outbuilding suitable for an outdoor kitchen or barbecue area, and a cactus garden. The layout makes the garden easy to maintain. The property also has an alarm system and lights with motion detectors installed at different points around the plot.
