The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned by air-to-water and air-to-air heat pumps. The swimming pool is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, and the house has a solar panel system.
The entrance is through an Andalusian-style courtyard with a pergola-covered parking area. The landscaped garden, with natural grass, hedges and palm trees, surrounds the central swimming pool finished with deep blue tiles. The outdoor area also includes a built-in gazebo with a fountain and rustic brick patio, bench, countertop and barbecue area. The location offers close proximity to the sea, golf, the local shopping centre, amenities, a children’s climbing park and the sandy beaches of Elviria. Greenlife Golf and Santa María Golf Clubs are a short drive away. Marbella town centre is 12 minutes by car, Puerto Banús and Fuengirola are 15 minutes away, and Málaga Airport is approximately 40 minutes away.
